Housewarming Art Refund Policy: We're Here to Make It Right

Every masterpiece we create is uniquely yours, crafted with love just for you. But sometimes, things don't quite turn out as planned. If that happens, don't worry! 

We're confident you'll love your canvas masterpiece. However, if for any reason it doesn't resonate with your soul, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund (minus return shipping). Simply let us know, and we'll handle the rest.

 

Refunds:

We want you to absolutely adore your artwork. If you receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged, simply send us a photo (including the packing slip) within 48 hours of delivery to hello@housewarmingart.com and we'll fix it faster than you can say "happy housewarming!"

 

Quality Concerns:

Not quite smitten with your artwork after seeing the proof? No sweat! We offer unlimited revisions until you're head over heels in love. Just let us know your thoughts and we'll work our magic to tweak it to perfection.

 

Exchanges:

Since each piece is made just for you, we don't offer exchanges. Be sure to double-check your size and color choices before placing your order.

 

Proofs & Printing:

Heads up! We'll send you a proof within 72 hours of your order. Give it a good look and let us know if you have any revisions within 48 hours. If we don't hear back after a follow-up email, we'll assume you're happy and send your masterpiece to print (we're excited to see it come to life!).
