What products do you offer?
Our services include creating Modern Home Portraits tailored for Real Estate Agents, Lenders, or individuals seeking a thoughtful gift for their loved ones' home or office. Our custom artwork pieces come in either a framed canvas, or frameless vinyl poster.
How does the process work?
Choose your artwork style, upload your photo, add your personalized text, and we’ll take it from there. You will receive your artwork to review within 12 hours of placing your order. Upon receiving approval of your proof, we will then print, package and ship your custom artwork within 48 hours.
What kind of photos do you accept?
You do not have to be a professional photographer. Just about any photo taken from a modern day smartphone should suffice. If we notice an issue with your photo, we’ll contact you to send a new one.
Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere in the United States.
Can I preview my artwork before it ships?
Yes, we offer free proofs on all orders. You will receive your artwork to review within 12 hours of placing your order. Note: orders placed during the holiday season may be up to 5-7 days delayed.
What happens if there’s a misspelling in my artwork?
We will print your artwork exactly how you provide spelling, so it is your responsibility to ensure everything is spelled correctly. We highly recommend triple checking your spelling. We do not accept emojis or dingbat fonts.
Can I leave the text off my artwork?
Yes, for a simple and clean looking aesthetic you may leave the text field blank to opt out of any text on your artwork.
What are your prints made of?
Frameless Poster - UV printed on our Double-White Popup vinyl material.
Framed Canvas - Printed canvas material is mounted on a hard backing board and then inset into our MDF board framing. Mounting hardware is included.

Are orders available for pickup?
To make it easier for our customers, we currently ship all of our products out. We do not currently have the option to pick up orders in person.
How do I modify/cancel my order if it was already placed?
If you would like to make changes to an order already placed, please email hello@housewarmingart.com as soon as possible. Please be advised that once your artwork proof has been approved and in the shipping process, we are unable to accommodate any cancellation requests.

Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere in the United States.
What are the shipping costs?
- Free in the contiguous US
- $40 to Hawaii, Alaska
- Other US territories subject to additional fees
When will I receive my order?
You can expect your item within 2-4 days of approving the proof. We will ship within 48 hours of proof approval.

What is your return policy?
All of our products are made to order specifically for the customer. We allow unlimited revisions to the proofs so we unfortunately do not accept returns. However, if your product arrives damaged we can always replace it for you at no additional charge.
Can I get my artwork gift wrapped?
Unfortunately, in order to protect your purchase during transit, we are unable to include gift-wrapping services at this time.
